           On Thursday 2nd May 2022, Mrs. Thitiporn Chirasawadi, Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), presided over the Opening Ceremony of the Oral Communication Course 2022 at the DVIFA. The Director welcomed the twelve middle to senior level officials, from 10 different agencies who will participate in this year’s training.

           The main purpose of the course is to enhance the participants’ English fluency and boost their confidence when speaking in public. Particular attention is given to making presentations and preparing the trainees to participate in international meetings. The course offers practical assistance through subjects such as Speech Writing, Speech Delivery, Being an Effective MC and Moderator, Presentation Skills.

           The course will run every Monday - Friday during 2nd - 27th May 2022 for a total of 120 training hours. Conducted both onsite and online under the current COVID-19 preventive measures, the course adopts a learner-centred approach, with a variety of individual and group activities, including simulated situations.
