On 7 November 2025, the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), in collaboration with the Department of Amercian and South Pacific Affairs (ASPA), organized a Special Talk on the Occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and Mexico on “Mexico’s Vision towards the Asia-Pacific Region.” The event aimed to open up opportunities for civil servants at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to listen to Mexico’s views towards the Asia-Pacific region from H.E. Mr. Fernando González Saiffe, Director-General for Asia-Pacific, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Mexican States, during his visit to Thailand for the 6th Political Consultations between Thailand and Mexico.

During 30 September - 2 October 2025, Mr. Narat Vidyananda, Special Representative of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), attended the 16th Annual Meeting of Deans and Directors of Diplomatic Training Institutions of ASEAN+3 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The meeting was organized by the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. It was attended by over 30 representatives from diplomatic training institutions of ASEAN+3.

On 24 - 27 September 2025, Mr. Thanop Panyapattanakul, Assistant Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, led a group of 20 junior officers, comprising 18 diplomats and 2 development cooperation officers, to Singapore under the Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP).

On 1 September 2025, Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Mr. Fernando Brun, Secretary for International Economic Relations of Argentina, and Mr. Juan Manuel Navarro, Deputy Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Argentina, jointly witnessed the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand and the National Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Republic of Argentina. The MOU was signed by H.E. Mr. Krit Tankanarat, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Argentine Republic, and H.E. Mr. Marcelo Heriberto Buffetti, Director of the National Foreign Service Institute (Argentina), following the 6th Political Consultations (PC) and Bilateral Economic Consultations (BEC) hosted by Argentina in Buenos Aires.

During 22, and 25 – 26 August 2025, the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), in collaboration with the Centre for Political & Diplomatic Studies (CPDS), organized a diplomatic training course on “Strategic Foresight, Analytical Thinking and International Negotiation Skills.” The course was conducted by Dr. Ruth Adler GAICD, Director of CPDS Asia-Pacific and a former Australian Ambassador, and Professor Richard Rowe PSM, also a former Australian Ambassador. It was well attended by diplomats at professional level upwards from different departments.
