On 24 November 2025, Mr. Chuchart Jirojkul, Minister Counsellor and Acting Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Ms. Barbara Noira Solani, Minister Counsellor (Information, Social and Cultural Affairs) of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to Thailand, together with her delegation, for an introductory meeting. The two sides exchanged information and best practices on the training programs offered by their respective diplomatic institutes. In particular, the application of technology and AI into their learning modules. They also discussed possibilities for collaboration between the two diplomatic institutes.

During 11 - 14 November 2025, Mr. Chuchart Jirojkul, Minister-Counsellor and Representative of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), attended the 51st Annual Meeting of Deans and Directors of Diplomatic Academies and Institutes of International Relations in Urubamba, Cusco, Peru, which was hosted by the Diplomatic Academy “Javier Pérez de Cuéllar” of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. The meeting welcomed 77 executives and representatives from 52 diplomatic academies and international relations institutes from 43 countries.

On 7 November 2025, the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), in collaboration with the Department of Amercian and South Pacific Affairs (ASPA), organized a Special Talk on the Occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and Mexico on “Mexico’s Vision towards the Asia-Pacific Region.” The event aimed to open up opportunities for civil servants at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to listen to Mexico’s views towards the Asia-Pacific region from H.E. Mr. Fernando González Saiffe, Director-General for Asia-Pacific, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Mexican States, during his visit to Thailand for the 6th Political Consultations between Thailand and Mexico.

During 30 September - 2 October 2025, Mr. Narat Vidyananda, Special Representative of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), attended the 16th Annual Meeting of Deans and Directors of Diplomatic Training Institutions of ASEAN+3 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The meeting was organized by the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia. It was attended by over 30 representatives from diplomatic training institutions of ASEAN+3.

On 24 - 27 September 2025, Mr. Thanop Panyapattanakul, Assistant Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, led a group of 20 junior officers, comprising 18 diplomats and 2 development cooperation officers, to Singapore under the Civil Service Exchange Programme (CSEP).
