On 4 December 2025, Mr. Chuchart Jirojkul, Minister Counsellor and Acting Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), welcomed Mr. Javier de Cicco, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Argentine Republic to Thailand, together with his delegation. The two sides discussed possibilities for collaboration between DVIFA and the National Foreign Service Institute (ISEN) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentina after the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of diplomatic training between the two institutes on 1 September 2025.

               On this occasion, the Acting Director and Mr. Javier de Cicco exchanged information on training courses at DVIFA and ISEN, including the Knowledge of Diplomacy (KOD) international training program.
