On 24 April 2020, the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs organized a lecture on the topic “The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC)” by Mrs. Nongnuch Petcharat, ex Ambassador and currently international consultant and Mr. Hiran Rujirawirote, Deputy Director for International Affairs from Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Office.

          The online lecture was given in English and is part of the Training Course to Prepare Secretaries, Counsellors and their Spouses for Overseas Postings for the Year 2020.

          The audience, which included ambassadors and 30 diplomatic officials, especially those in charge of economic affairs at consular and diplomatic missions in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, joined the follow up discussion and exchanged views with the lecturers.
