On 10 July 2020, H.E. Mr. Chatchai Viriyavejakul, Ambassador attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was invited to deliver a lecture on the Royal Thai Volunteers 904 Project to participants of the Executive Skills Enhancement Programme for Counsellors for the year 2020. During the session, he explained the importance of the Royal Thai Volunteers 904 Project, which was founded by H.M. King Maha Vajiralongkorn. He touched on his responsibility to realise the project on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and provided guidelines for organising the project abroad, taking into consideration the particular geographical and socio-cultural contexts of each country. Additionally, a number of the MFA officials who had joined the Royal Thai Volunteers 904 Project shared accounts of their experience and outlined the various activities they were involved in. The Executive Skills Enhancement Programme for Counsellors for the year 2020 was organised by the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs and took place at the Institute during 22 June – 10 July 2020.
