On 13 March 2017 at Vithes Samosorn, Mr. Anand Panyarachun, former Prime Minister, passed on experiences and perspectives on the operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the welcoming remarks by H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the introductory remarks by H.E. Mrs. Busaya Mathelin, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event was attended by 120 participants comprising executives, civil servants from all levels and branches, retired civil servants, and staffs from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
