On 15 March 2021 Ms Wiraka Moodhitaporn, Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, met with Mrs Ulpiana Lama Minister Counsellor/Chargé d’ affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo to Thailand. Both sides discussed possible activities including joint online lectures on the topics of mutual interests to promote bilateral cooperation on diplomatic training and development between the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Academy of the Republic of Kosovo. Both training institutes signed an MOU in 2017 and regularly organize joint lectures to keep the momentum of the bilateral cooperation.
