On 24 February 2025, Dr. Narat Vidyananda, Minister Counsellor and Representative of the Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), presided over the closing ceremony of the Intensive Language Course (ILC) 2025. The event was a celebration of dedication and achievement, as Dr. Vidyananda awarded certificates and extended heartfelt congratulations to the 63 participants, civil servants and government officials from 25 agencies. He commentated that their commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement throughout the ILC was truly commendable.

               Dr. Vidyananda expressed his hope that the conclusion of the course would not mark the end of their journey. He encouraged participants to continue applying and building upon the knowledge they had gained, further enhancing their English language skills. He also highlighted the importance of the networks formed during the training, emphasising their role in fostering stronger collaboration among government agencies in the future.

               The Intensive Language Course 2025 is an ongoing initiative by DVIFA designed to elevate the English proficiency of civil servants and government personnel at the operational level and above. This six-week program, held from 13 January to 24 February 2025, contained enriching activities. Participants engaged in classroom instruction, field visits to government and private sector organisations, and a practical English language seminar, the ILC English Camp in Chonburi Province. These activities provided participants with real-world language experiences, further strengthening their ability to use English effectively in a professional setting.
