To commemorate of the 150th Anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA) organised an English language training session, under the “Devawongse Roadshow” programme in Chiang Mai on 19 February 2025. The training took place at the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Chiang Mai University.

              The initiative aimed to strengthen the English communication skills of 60 civil servants from various government agencies in Chiang Mai. Participants were divided into two groups of 30, attending morning and afternoon sessions.

             The DVIFA continues to serve as a national centre for English testing and training for the Thai public sector, enabling officials to enhance their language skills for professional development and effective international engagement.
