On 27 February 2025, Dr. Narat Vidyananda, Minister Counsellor and Representative of the Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), presided over the closing ceremony of the Overseas Posting English Programme for MFA support staff.

               He congratulated the 39 participants from 19 agencies for their dedication, active participation, and continuous effort throughout the training. Dr. Vidyananda encouraged them to apply the knowledge and experience gained to their future roles and responsibilities abroad. He also emphasised the importance of preparation, time management, and building professional networks to ensure effective coordination between departments during their overseas postings.

               The Overseas Posting English Programme is conducted annually by the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA). The training helps MFA support staff from various government agencies improve their English communication skills for work and daily life abroad.

               In the 2025 programme, 39 participants from 19 agencies took part in the training, which ran from 14 November 2024 to 27 February 2025. The course offered full-day classes once or twice a week, aiming to build confidence and prepare participants for their upcoming overseas postings.
