               On 21 April 2025, H.E. Mr. Paisan Rupanichkij, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, hosted dinner on behalf of the Permanent Secretary, in honor of H.E. Mr. Munkhtushig Lkhanaajav, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, who are attending the 81st Session of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, as well as participants of the course on “Diplomatic Training for New Diplomats from Mongolia.” The dinner was also attended by H.E. Mr. Tumur Amarsanaa, Ambassador of Mongolia to Thailand and high ranking officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

               During its opening session of the diplomatic training course that took place earlier in the morning of the same day, Ms. Arunee Hiam, Deputy Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) had delivered an opening speech and Ms. Thitiporn Chirasawadi, Director of Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA), had given welcoming remarks to the Mongolian participants. This course, which has been organized by DVIFA from 21 April to 3 May 2025, is part of the Two-Year Thailand-Mongolia Development Cooperation Program (2024-2025) under TICA.
