On 27 November 2024, Mrs. Thitiporn Chirasawadi, Director of the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs (DVIFA) welcomed H.E. Mr. Praskah Kumar Suvedi, Director of the Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, to the DVIFA.

               Both sides exchanged the information about the institutes’ structure and responsibilities during which Mrs. Chirasawadi gave an introduction on the mission of the DVIFA. They also discussed the cooperation opportunities on diplomatic training between the two institutes both at bilateral and multilateral levels.

               The DVIFA and the IFA of Nepal are participants to the MOU on Mutual Cooperation in the Field of Diplomatic Training among foreign / diplomatic institutes of BIMSTEC member.
